Fundraisers

  • Fundraiser Details:

    ● Goal: $30,000

    ● Profit: 100% of each ticket as all prizes were donated

    ● Expectation: July 23rd the students will be receiving their 20 tickets ($10/each) These tickets will help offset the costs for the parents as an entire group. We are also accepting any prize donations for the ticket raffle. Donations must be in by July 12th. In order to have an entry into the student incentive raffle (VR headset), the 20 tickets must be sold, and each additional 10 tickets sold will result in additional student raffle entries.

  • Fundraiser Details:

    ● Goal: $22,000

    ● Profit: Sales minus the cost of printing and a book designer

    ● Expectation: Families are asked to seek out sponsorships from businesses or they can choose to individually sponsor an ad.

  • Fundraiser Details:

    ● Goal: $18,000

    ● Profit: We earn an average of $10 per shirt sold.

    ● Expectation: Each family is expected to sell a minimum of 10 SHIRTS per student. If you can sell more, even better!

    Fundraising Options:

    ● Option 1: Place orders directly through the TMF website. Simply share the website link with friends and family so they can place their orders online. Please note that each order will include a shipping fee, and shipping will occur after the store closes on August 25, 2024. Expect delivery after 3 weeks.

    ● Option 2: Collect orders using a paper form and submit them to the Band Booster. This option helps eliminate shipping costs to you. You will be responsible for picking up the items from the Band Booster on the designated date and distributing them to the buyers. All forms MUST be submitted by Friday, August 23, 2024. Payment options are cash or checks ONLY. Checks must be made out to Robert Vela High School Band Booster. Forms can be dropped off at your convenience in the lockbox located in Mr. Carrera's office. No late forms will be accepted. After the store closes on August 25, 2024, Booster will expect delivery after 2 weeks.

  • Join us for an unforgettable rehearsal and performance on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. at the Robert Vela High School Football Field.  

    This is one of Sabercats' biggest and most exciting community fundraisers! We’re aiming for each Marching Band & Color Guard student to raise $240 in donations. All funds go directly back into our amazing band program. 

    • Fill out Donation Record (name, amount, and date donated)

    • Place Summary of Donation form with the box checked (cash or check payable to Robert Vela HS Band Booster) in the provided envelope and seal

    • Drop off envelope in the safe box located in Mr. Carrera’s office or

    • Collection: September 26th, 5:30 - 7:30 pm or September 27th, 4:30-6:30 pm

    All forms and payments are due by Friday, September 27, 2024


  • We are about to undertake an important fundraiser.  We will be selling the World’s Finest Chocolate $1 bars. We encourage everyone to participate; however, you are not required to do so.

    The time frame of the fundraiser will be announced once all orders have been returned and finalized with the distributor.
