Any student participating in Athletics, Cheer, Dance, ROTC, or Marching Band during the 2024-2025 school year at RVHS will need an updated physical on file.
Completed physical forms can be emailed to Mr. Carrera. You may also send in the original form on the first day of summer band camp.
